Please note that horses in full training are exempt from many of the extra service charges listed
above.  Please contact the farm to learn more about our board and training packages.
All payments for lesson packages, training or other fees are due by the 5th of each month.

An industry standard 10% commission shall be paid to Nicole Foster when a horse
is either evaluated,  bought or sold with the supervision, assistance and/or aide of
Nicole Foster and Foster Farm South.

Any changes to our offerings/fees will be given a 30 day posted notice.
